Law Of Karma - A natural Law

All of us have heard about this great Law of karma(Action).
"You will get the same result as you do in this world" It is written in Bhagavat Gita.
"As you sow so shall you reap" It is written in Holy Bible and such is written in every religious Book, which means in a simple way that as you do, you will be the same.
But is it limited to religious Book or is It also importance in our life ?
So let's come and see to Low of Karma with a logical point of view.
If you think it is said by God that's why it is so or its a justice system of God for creature then it won't be wrong to say. It's your reliance.
"As you sow so shall you reap" this stretch is called Law of Karma(Action).

But before knowing the Low of Karma, we have to understand meaning about Karma(Action).

What is Karma(Action) ?
Most of the people think Karma is performed on physical level like pushing someone in water or to save life of a drowning person.
actually here the karma we are talking about, it's just a part of karma.
The word 'Karma' consists of our Thoughts, Words, and physical level action.
For instance, If you are pushing someone in deep water without any awareness or intention so that is not a Karma because there is no intention of doing this work. But if you want that person to die after drowning in water then this is karma(prescribed duty) because here it consist of your thoughts.

When you act anything knowingly, That action is karma. In other words, if there is any intension or awareness in any action then that is karma. And if there is no intention or awareness in any action, that is not Karma.
Now let's see about Law of karma(action).

What is Law of Karma(Action) ?
"As you sow so shall you reap" this stretch is called Law of Karma.
It is mentioned in every religious book even if it's Bhagavat Gita, Holy Bible or Quran.
It means every action has equal and opposite reaction.
Basically this law is all about return of whatever we act with intention or awareness. If we act any action on thoughts level or words or physical level,  we get result equally of thoughts level or words or physical level.

Here a question arise, how does Law of karma work so let's see

How does Law of Karma work ?
As you know we perform our prescribed duty when there is any intention or awareness and this intention or awareness create cosmic energy and decide that what type energy will be around us.
Our karma make our internal vibration grow and this vibration control our intention and our thoughts.
You will have noted sometimes when a person perform bad deeds first or second times then He become habitual bad deeds. Any karma what we perform, it effects the energy around us. our karmas's vibration create the same Environment as we act.
In the 14th shlok of 2nd chapter, Lord krishna says that the non-permanent appearance of happiness and distress arise from our sense perception.
means if you do good karma then there will create a positive environment around you which brings more happiness and vice versa.
There was an experiment on lot of people for testing that does their karma bring any change in their life ?
They were kept in observation without informing them from infancy. And there were made a physical record on their action, emotion and thoughts it means it is noted that when were they happy in their life ?
In 2012 The conclusion was taken by psychologist that 80 percent of those who did good karma in their life were successful and rest of 20 percent were not successful but they were satisfied in their life.
In other side, people who spent their life with negative thoughts were not happy at all.
In this experiment, it is concluded that Law of karma work in real life and that's why Law of karma was accepted as natural law.
Whatever we act, we can't see the direct result of it. Actually whatever we take action, their vibration spreads to the Universe and Universe give us result of our action on behalf of our internal vibration.

It mean if we act with bad intention then negative vibration spreads in universe and universe give us the result of this negative vibration on the behalf of our internal vibration and vice versa.
Whatever we do karma even if its good or bad, Universe keeps all information of our karma and return on behalf of our internal positive or negative vibration.
That's why it is said as you sow so shall you reap. If you act with a good intention then you get good result from universe which make you happy and if you act with a bad intention then you get bad result from universe which make you distressed.

What is Good karma and bad karma ?
*. The work which make you strong from inside is good karma and which make you weak from inside is bad karma.
*. Any work that make us fearless is good karma and which create fear inside you is bad karma.
*. Any karma which decrease our anger is good karma and which increase our anger is bad karma.
*. Any work that make our mind peaceful is good karma and vice versa.
*. Being positive is good karma and being negative is bad karma.
*. Spreading love is good karma and spreading hates is bad karma.
Here a question arise can we escape from karmic cycle ? So let's see the answer of it.
.

How to do karma to get rid of this karmic cycle ?
As we know, we are always engaged in our daily life schedule. In Bhagavat Gita Lord Krishna says everyone is forced to act helplessly according to the qualities He has acquired from the modes of material nature, therefore no one can refrain from doing something, not even for a moment.
Being active is nature of humen, that's why we can't refrain from doing something not even for a moment.
Even in Bhagavat Gita, Lord Krishna says to Arjun that we should perform our prescribed duty, for doing so is better than not working. Here Lord Krishna is saying to act without thinking about result.
Most of the time we don't perform our prescribed duty and we waste our energy and all time to think about result.
In 48th shlok of 2nd chapter of Bhagavat Gita, Lord Krishna says we should perform our duty equipoised and abandon all attachments to success or failure. Such equanimity is called meditation.
Law of karma doesn't affect a meditator. Any karma(action) what we perform should be with good intention.
And we should sacrifice our all karma to God and be free from karmic cycle.
Whatever you act, do with happiness because happiness is key of success.

  2. Thank u Mr Deepak saini
For give this information about karma
Now I'm all clear about that one important point of the life
And now in my way Karma isn't fate. Nor is it a punishment imposed on us by some external agent. We create our own karma. Karma is the result of the choices that we make every moment of every day.
